CCO, Inc. was formed in 2000, when its parent organization felt services should continue to be provided in a small organizational setting. CCO maintains a focus on the importance of having direct relationships with those supported. Individuals supported at CCO are encouraged to participate and ensure their voices are heard. As was true
CCO, Inc. was formed in 2000, when its parent organization felt services should continue to be provided in a small organizational setting. CCO maintains a focus on the importance of having direct relationships with those supported. Individuals supported at CCO are encouraged to participate and ensure their voices are heard. As was true at inception, the individual and their family members are crucial to the CCO direction. More than 75% of the Board of Directors are parents/family members or individuals with disabilities.

CCO, Inc. is a small, family based, non-profit organization located in Nashville, Tennessee.
We make a difference by providing individualized residential, employment and community services to adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or physical disabilities or Mental Health diagnoses.
